Despite our careful inspections, defects may occasionally occur. That is why we provide a 24-month warranty on every watch purchased from us.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies exclusively to mechanical defects of the watch movement.
Other defects or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use are not covered under the warranty.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Water resistance of the watch
- Broken or lost glass
- Damage to or loss of the winding stem, crown, spring, buttons, or pushers
- Damage to straps or bracelets
- Damage caused by dropping or impact
- Damage caused by dirt, moisture, or other external influences
Important Conditions
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- The warranty becomes void if the watch or movement has been opened or modified by an unauthorized party.
