1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
At chronoessentials.com, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including standard shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Exceptions
Returns are not possible for:
- Products that have been worn or damaged through use
- Custom-made or personalized watches or accessories
- Sealed products where the seal has been broken (such as care products or cleaning products)
2. Exchanges

This is possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

Any price differences will, of course, be settled accordingly.
3. Return Procedure
Follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- Register your return via info@chronoessentials.com, including your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Carefully package the product, preferably in its original packaging.
- Send the package to the return address provided to you by email.
- Always keep your shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed by us.
4. Return Costs
- Within the Netherlands: return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the return is the result of an error by chronoessentials.com (for example, an incorrectly delivered product).
- Outside the Netherlands: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order.
For exchanges, the new product will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected by us.
6. Warranty & Defects
Did you receive a defective or damaged product?
Please report this to our customer service within 48 hours after delivery.
In such cases, we will provide a free repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
