1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through chronoessentials.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Offers & Prices
All prices on chronoessentials.com are listed in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).
Price changes, printing errors, and typographical errors are reserved.
Offers are valid while stocks last.
3. Orders & Agreement
An agreement is concluded once you place an order and chronoessentials.com confirms it by email.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or incorrect information.
4. Payment
Payment must be made through the available payment methods (such as iDEAL, credit card, or bank transfer).
For payments by bank transfer, the amount must be received within 7 days; otherwise, the order may be canceled.
Products remain the property of chronoessentials.com until full payment has been received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after payment has been received.
Delivery times provided are indicative only; exceeding these times does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.
The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the return is the result of an error by chronoessentials.com.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unworn and undamaged
- Original packaging must be included and undamaged
Exceptions: personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
7. Warranty
We supply only original products.
All watches are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.
The warranty becomes void in the following cases:
- Damage caused by improper use
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by third parties (such as unauthorized repairs)
8. Liability
chronoessentials.com is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, loss of profit, or missed savings.
Our liability is always limited to the amount of the order or the amount paid out by our insurance in the relevant case.
9. Complaints
Complaints must be reported in writing or by email to our customer service within 7 days of discovering the issue.
We aim to process and resolve complaints within 14 days.
10. Force Majeure
chronoessentials.com is not obliged to fulfill its obligations in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to: strikes, outages, government measures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
11. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, photos, and other content on chronoessentials.com are the property of chronoessentials.com or its licensors.
Without written permission, it is not permitted to use, copy, or distribute this content.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal data carefully and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website chronoessentials.com.
13. Governing Law
All agreements and disputes are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
