All prices on chronoessentials.com are listed in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).

An agreement is concluded once you place an order and chronoessentials.com confirms it by email.

Payment must be made through the available payment methods (such as iDEAL, credit card, or bank transfer).
For payments by bank transfer, the amount must be received within 7 days; otherwise, the order may be canceled.
Products remain the property of chronoessentials.com until full payment has been received.
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after payment has been received.
Delivery times provided are indicative only; exceeding these times does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.
The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the return is the result of an error by chronoessentials.com.
Exceptions: personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
We supply only original products.
All watches are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.
The warranty becomes void in the following cases:
